1.1 You are responsible for your behavior when using this Service. Unless permitted by law or with prior written consent from the Company, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Use any unauthorized or unlicensed plugins, add-ons, systems, third-party tools, viruses, or program exploits to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of this Service.

(2) Engage in or use this Service for any behavior that threatens computer network security, including but not limited to:

(a) Illegally accessing other networks, disrupting the normal functions of other networks, stealing network data, or other activities that harm network security.

(b) Providing programs or tools specifically designed for activities such as network intrusion, interference with normal network functions and protection measures, or theft of network data.

(c) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment processing, or other assistance to those engaged in activities that harm network security.

(d) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts.

(e) Unauthorized access to public computer networks or others' computer systems, and deleting, modifying, or adding to stored information.

(f) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of this Service or its software/websites without authorization or engaging in other behaviors that harm network security.

(g) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this Service, its software/websites, deliberately spreading or disseminating malicious programs, viruses, or other actions that interfere with normal online information services.

(h) Forging TCP/IP packet names or portions of names.

(i) Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of this Service’s software.

(j) Maliciously registering accounts, including but not limited to frequent or excessive account registrations.

(k) Engaging in any actions that violate laws, the terms of this Service, or policies, disrupt public order or good customs, or infringe on others' legal rights.

1.2 In any situation where the Company has reason to believe that any of your actions violate or may violate the above provisions, the Company may independently determine and take action, and may terminate services provided to you at any time without prior notice, and hold you accountable for any related liabilities.

1.3 You shall not, either within this Service or through other channels outside this Service, individually or by assisting, encouraging, collaborating, or representing other users of this Service (including users, broadcasters, or Game Hosts), make requests to the Company that violate the terms and guidelines of this Service, or request special treatment from the Company.

1.4 You shall not, either within this Service or through other channels outside this Service, defame, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate other users of this Service or Company personnel through text, speech, physical gestures, or any other form of expression.

1.5 You shall not, either individually or by assisting, encouraging, collaborating, or representing other users of this Service (including users, broadcasters, or Game Hosts), interfere with or manipulate activities related to this Service (including but not limited to competitions, lotteries, etc.), and the results thereof. If you violate this regulation and are involved in gambling or other infringing or illegal activities, you shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

1.6 If you violate platform regulations (including but not limited to the PlayOne Service Terms, PlayOne User Guidelines, PlayOne Privacy Policy, etc.), the Company will permanently restrict your withdrawal qualifications, allowing only one withdrawal per month with a maximum withdrawal limit of NT$5,000 per withdrawal.

2.1 The content you post when using this Service, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, audio (such as posts, photos, live streams, short videos, etc.), must comply with legal regulations and public order and morals. Otherwise, the Company will take appropriate measures immediately.

2.2 The content you post must not involve:

(1) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets;

(2) Promoting terrorism or extremism;

(3) Inciting regional discrimination or hatred;

(4) Fabricating, spreading rumors, fraudulent information, or false information, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

(5) Distributing obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murder, terror, or crime-inciting content;

(6) Endangering network security or using the internet for activities that harm national security;

(7) Insulting, intimidating, or threatening others through any form of expression, such as images, speech, or gestures;

(8) Spreading vulgar or obscene language that damages public order and good customs;

(9) Engaging in doxxing or disclosing others' privacy, personal information, or data;

(10) Infringing on others' legal rights (including but not limited to rights to name, image, reputation, privacy, agency, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights);

(11) Posting, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly displaying, or otherwise showcasing any private, licensed, proprietary, offensive, threatening, violent, inciting violence, nudity, discriminatory, illegal, hateful, harassing, obscene, or sexually suggestive material, text, files, information, usernames, images, pictures, icons, photos, sketches, sound and video clips, sounds, music works, writings, links, or any other content;

(12) Distributing commercial advertisements, similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing, or spam information;

(13) Secretly photographing or recording others without their consent, infringing on others' legal rights;

(14) Involving violent, bloody, dangerous, or harmful content that may endanger the performer or others' physical or mental health, including but not limited to the following:

(a) Any content involving violence and/or self-harm.

(b) Any content that threatens life and health, involving performances using dangerous tools such as guns and knives that endanger personal or property rights.

(c) Encouraging or inducing others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause bodily harm or death.

(d) Depicting scenes related to death: corpses, specimens, crime scenes.

(15) Using unclear or altered photos or videos that make it impossible to identify you.

(16) Editing others' photos or text by adding or removing text/symbols/information in a way that damages their image or leads to negative comments.

2.3 You shall not use this Service to provide sexual services, sell illegal goods, or engage in activities related to illegal drugs under the laws of the Republic of China (even if those drugs are legal in your region). Illegal goods include but are not limited to pirated goods, firearms, tobacco, alcohol, and live animals.

2.4 You are prohibited from selling goods through this Service, except for official collaborators with the Company.

2.5 You shall not use this Service to encourage or induce users to use other brands' live streaming/short video services.

2.6 You shall not send or upload unauthorized commercial or harassing messages (such as spam) to any user of this Service.

2.7 You shall not transmit any computer worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious code, or in any way interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the normal operation, security, confidentiality, or interface of this Service.

2.8 You shall not alter, modify, or change the functionality, integrity, and/or interface of this Service, create derivative works, or attempt to extract our source code or other intellectual property. You shall also not use third-party plugins, reverse-engineering, or any improper means to use this Service.

2.9 You shall not create, modify, or change other websites or mobile applications to imply improper associations with this Service or the Company.

2.10 You shall not in any way restrict or attempt to restrict users from using this Service, or interfere with or attempt to interfere with other users' experiences.

2.11 You shall not individually or by assisting/encouraging others violate the terms and guidelines of this Service and/or other regulations issued by the Company.

2.12 The Company may (but is not obligated to) pre-review your PlayOne account, related activities, and/or content you post on or through this Service (hereinafter referred to as "Your Content").

2.13 If the Company determines that Your Content violates the terms and guidelines of this Service, the Company has the right to remove, delete, cancel, edit, and/or block your Service account and/or all or part of Your Content without notifying you.

2.14 You are fully responsible for Your Content and/or your interactions with other users of this Service, whether online or offline, and the Company is not responsible for such matters. However, the Company may intervene in disputes between you and other users of this Service.

3.1 Without written permission from the Company, you shall not individually or authorize, allow, or assist any third party to engage in the following activities regarding the information and content in this Service:

(1) Copy, read, or use the information content of this Service for commercial purposes (including but not limited to promotion, increasing readership, or traffic);

(2) Unauthorized copying or editing of the information content of this Service and displaying it on channels outside of this Service's source pages;

(3) Using any form of identification methods (including but not limited to special identifiers, special codes, etc.) to individually or assist third parties in generating, diverting, or hijacking traffic or readership to or from the information or content of this Service;

(4) Other illegal activities aimed at obtaining the information content of this Service.

3.2 After obtaining written permission from the Company, you must comply with the following guidelines when sharing or reposting information and content from this Service:

(1) Without prior written consent from the Company, you shall not display, provide, or disclose any data related to this Service (including but not limited to popular search terms collected or compiled by this Service, hit rates, classifications, search volumes, click-through rates, readership data, etc.) to any third party in any way;

(2) You shall not make any changes to the source pages of this Service in any form, including but not limited to altering the homepage link or blocking, inserting, or displaying pop-up windows on the source pages;

(3) You must adopt secure, effective, and strict measures to prevent third parties from illegally obtaining the information content of this Service in any form (including but not limited to the use of "spider" programs, etc.);

(4) You shall not sell or use data related to this Service for any purpose (including commercial purposes) outside the scope of the written permission from the Company, or disclose or provide the data related to this Service to third parties or allow third parties to use it in any way;

(5) Any sharing, reposting, or copying of the information content of this Service must comply with the Company's other guidelines established for such activities.
